In today’s show, we are putting Mike Sheftz in your passenger seat to discuss serving each client with a smile. Mike is an HVAC personal trainer and has a heart for incredible customer service. With over ten years of experience in the trade Mike has worked in install, maintenance, service, training, and management. Mike found his own path by slowing down and fully understanding everything so that he could be the expert. However, that wasn’t enough. Understanding the value of “likeability” Mike pursued the art of service by bringing joy into every home. On this episode, Mike is giving a training to HVAC techs on not just the excellence of knowing your craft, but of the importance of how we serve each client. His passion reaches far beyond just HVAC as the principles he relays can be applied to anyone in the customer service industry.
